4. Event Bookings & Mobile Lounge Services 

House of Redding provides curated cigar experiences for private events, weddings, golf tournaments, corporate functions, lounges, and venue activations. 

By booking an event: 

  • The client agrees to provide a legal and safe operating environment. 
  • Smoking regulations and venue permissions are the responsibility of the booking party and venue.
  • Any alcohol service must comply with applicable laws and licensing requirements. ● Deposits may be required to secure bookings. 

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. 

Weather, venue restrictions, legal compliance concerns, or unsafe conditions may result in modification or cancellation of services.

5. Shipping & Delivery 

Customers are responsible for: 

  • Providing accurate shipping information. 
  • Tobacco Shipping local only at this time, (Event Pickup or Local Delivery)Must have valid ID 21+ We are not responsible for: 
  • Delays caused by carriers. 
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. 
  • Shipments delayed due to weather, compliance holds, or carrier issues. ⸻

6. Returns & Refunds 

Due to the nature of tobacco products: 

  • All cigar sales are final unless products arrive damaged or incorrect. 
  • Apparel and merchandise returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in  original condition.
